Orange Pork Chop 橙花猪扒 . This dish is sweet and appetizing with pork chop stir-fried with orange slices.

Chinese Teriyaki Prawns 酱烧明虾.  Sweet and sour style.

Stuffed Chicken with Dried Oyster 发财好市焖鸡. Dried oyster infused in the chicken and gravy.

Twin’s Coli with Bailing Mushroom in Special Sauce 灵菇扒双花. This is a mild taste and nutritious mushroom dish.

Home-Made Young Heart Steam Tofu 葱油豆腐. Look like steamed egg but in actual is tofu in slight solid texture.

Deep Fried Balacan Pork Belly (Balacan 香酥肉) - This is our best dish of the day! Sinful delicious! Can’t stop eating leh!
